Specialty Care Services is a Veterans Affairs–authorized home care provider serving Veterans and their families across Maryland. Through VA-authorized community care, we deliver in-home skilled nursing, certified nursing assistant (CNA) care, personal and companion care, and respite support for family caregivers.
