Pearl Xu
Clinical Nurse Manager
I attended UMBC and earned my BSN from the University of Maryland. I began my nursing career at the University of Maryland Medical Center on a psychiatric and geriatric unit before being introduced to Specialty Care Services by a co-worker, where I quickly discovered that in-home care aligned perfectly with my goals and personal values.
Currently, I serve as the Nurse Manager for the Nurse Monitoring Division at SCS, providing daily oversight and support for our Nurses and clients.
Working at SCS is especially meaningful to me because it provides the opportunity to build strong connections with clients over time—it's rewarding to get to know our clients and make a lasting impact on their well-being.
