Hiring & Screening Process
Specialty Care Services implements a stringent screening process prior to hiring all employees.
Prior to beginning an assignment, each nurse undergoes a thorough screening and approval process which includes: an in-depth interview, license verification, drug screen, at least two professional reference checks, as well as a complete background check.
Our Quality Management staff can customize our screening process to meet your facility's specific quality and patient care standards. Additionally, all related compliance documents are made available immediately upon request. Specialty Care Services will also conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys, maintain strict OSHA safety standards, and continuously monitor any staff problems or turnover.
Stringent Quality Control Standards
Prior to beginning an assignment our nurses undergo drug screening, thorough reference checks, complete background and criminal checks. Our screening services are provided at no charge to our clients.
Performance Appraisals

Upon the completion of an assignment employers are sent a performance evaluation in which the recently provided employee can be evaluated.
