Specialty Care Services (SCS) is a private duty nursing agency that offers an array of assisted living services to patients in homes, hospitals, and long term care facilities.

Specialty Care services opened its doors in 2000, when Executive Director Al Simons decided to start his own business, after 16 years of experience within the home care industry.

Located in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland, Specialty Care Services serves Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C.   The management team of SCS has over forty years of experience in home care, geriatric care, and hospital nursing.
