The only way Specialty Care Services can provide the individual and their family with the kind of home care that meets their goals and expectations is to focus on hiring the highest caliber of experienced, licensed skilled and unskilled nursing personnel. Specialty Care Services caregivers have an average of 6 plus years of experience.

In addition to providing excellence in meeting clients’ clinical needs, all staff at Specialty Care Services respect the lifestyle and spiritual needs of our clients and are sensitive to cultural backgrounds.

Therefore, we only recruit staff with experience and with the right values to meet fulfill our clients goals and expectations.

All Specialty Care Services caregivers have:

  • At least two years of health care experience
  • At least one year of experience in a nursing home or hospital
  • Current CPR certification
  • PPD testing (Tuberculosis testing)
  • A rigorous background check
  • A current physical
  • Two positive references
  • Professional license

All Specialty Care Services caregivers are supported by our Director of Nursing.

Our Human Resource and Recruitment Team ensure that each caregiver candidate undergoes a comprehensive evaluation before joining Specialty Care Services.
