As the Director of Nursing for Specialty Care Services, it is my responsibility to see that each of our clients receive care from qualified staff who meet our agency standards for competency and performance criteria.
It is my intent that a client is exposed to as few caregivers as possible, in order to maintain care consistency and reduce stress levels where patient care is concerned. At the client’s request, a caregiver can be replaced according to compatibility issues.
I am always a phone call away to assist with any clinical issues concerning our clients.
